1. The service
POSMena is a cloud-based platform for food & beverage and retail operations: point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, loyalty, customer feedback, and e-invoicing. posmena.com is the marketing site through which prospective customers learn about the product, request a demo, and download resources. Production use of the POSMena platform itself is governed by a separate commercial agreement, not by these website terms.
2. Permitted use of this site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our infrastructure, or other users' data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site through abusive automated traffic, scraping at unreasonable volume, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
3. Intellectual property

4. Demo bookings and free trials
Booking a demo or starting a free trial does not constitute a binding commercial agreement. Any commercial relationship between you and 3D Systems Co. will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a demo request at our discretion.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the site, the marketing content on it, or any third-party links. Statistics, customer figures, and product claims are accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Systems Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred Saudi Riyals (SAR 100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
