POSMena is operated by 3D Systems Co., a company registered in Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration 1010179966 and VAT 310075977300003. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” throughout this policy mean 3D Systems Co. acting in its capacity as the operator of POSMena.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver, secure, and improve our service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- Information you submit through forms — when you request a demo, download a guide, or open a support conversation, we collect the name, email, phone number, company, country, and business type you provide.
- Automatic information — IP-derived country code (so we can show region-appropriate content), pages visited, referrer, user agent, and approximate device type, captured through standard server logs and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.

- Communications — copies of emails and chat messages exchanged with our team for support, sales, and account purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To respond to demo requests, qualify leads, and communicate about your interest in POSMena.
- To deliver the guides, resources, and product information you ask for.
- To localize the website experience to your region (language, currency, regional integrations, regional WhatsApp contact line).
- To monitor and improve site performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with applicable legal and accounting requirements in the jurisdictions where we operate.
4. Where we store and process your data
Lead data submitted through our forms is forwarded to Zoho CRM (operated by Zoho Corporation) and to our internal sales inbox via Microsoft 365 (Office Exchange). Both providers maintain industry-standard security controls and may store data in data centers outside your home country, including the United States, India, and the European Union, depending on the service.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep lead data for as long as you remain an active prospect or customer of POSMena, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and audit obligations (typically up to seven years). Marketing analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention windows (currently 14 months by default). You can request earlier deletion — see Section 7.
6. Third-party services we use
POSMena relies on the following service providers to operate this site:
- Zoho CRM — lead capture and customer relationship management.
- Microsoft 365 / Office Exchange — outbound transactional email and internal lead notifications.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — site analytics and conversion measurement.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — protection against automated form abuse.
- Vercel / Cloudflare — content delivery, edge caching, and IP-based geolocation headers.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict the processing of, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below — we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We protect personal information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), authenticated access to internal systems, principle-of-least-privilege for staff, and routine security review. No system is ever 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
9. Children
POSMena is a B2B service intended for use by businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be flagged on this page with an updated revision date, and where appropriate we will notify active customers by email.
